A No-Load Mutual Fund is a mutual fund that has built in fees rather than an upfront charge or charge to sell the fund and a fund that does not have 12-b1 charges in excess of .25%.

No-loads are popular investment tools because of the freedom to buy and sell at no charge, however bottom line performance (net of fees) is far more important than sales charges.
